We use text messaging and pictures to communicate with clients, as well as phone calls, to keep clients updated when their beloved pets are in our hospital. You want to know how they are doing, and we want to keep you up to date – by every means possible! Calls, texts, picture texts – whatever we can do to add to peace of mind. It’s knowing our high standards have been validated by an outside source. Our AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association) accreditation means we are voluntarily audited on over 900 standards that we must meet or exceed. From our record keeping to hospital cleanliness, to pain management and anesthesia protocols, the entire hospital is included in the audit. It’s the personal connection.
