We are seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative for our 2-doctor practice in beautiful Evergreen, Co.  Must have the loyalty of a Golden Retriever, work ethics of a German Shepard and be as enthusiastic as an Aussie!

• One year of receptionist/ front office experience preferred, not required.
• Excellent customer service; whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Assist with cleanliness and maintenance of the hospital.
• Willing to help with animal restraint as needed.
• Multi line phones, take inbound calls, make outbound calls, confirm appointments and surgeries, retrieve medical records.
• Outstanding computer skills to enter client, patient, medical records, financial data, and process payments. We use AviMark practice management software.
• Compassionate, dependable and detail oriented.
• Honest, energetic, and accountable.

Superior communication skills are a must to fit into our team orientated environment.  We work hard to maintain our high standards of client/pet care. Must be available to rotate Saturdays.
