Experience Less Than 1 Year
The suitable Veterinary Referral Coordinator candidate must be capable of multitasking, have the ability to communicate effectively and have a positive personality. Experience as a receptionist in a veterinary environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual if necessary. This is a full time position; compensation depends on experience.
Veterinary Receptionist duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting clients and processing initial check-in
- Use of a computerized record keeping system
- Use of a multi-line phone system
- Record filing
- Maintaining the waiting area
- Managing financial transactions
