Job Description

We are an AAHA Accredited general practice offering a full range of veterinary services, boarding, grooming and training. Veterinary Technicians at Lone Tree Veterinary Medical Center are responsible for, but not limited to: venipuncture, IV catheter placement, radiology, assistance with physical exams and patient assessment, client education and communication, laboratory diagnostics, pharmacy, vaccine and medication administration, and compassionate care for our hospitalized patients. Certified/Registered Veterinary Technicians also perform surgical preparation, anesthesia induction and monitoring, recovery, and dentistry.

Qualifications (one of the following):
- Certified/Registered Veterinary Technician (preferred)
- Graduate of an AVMA-CVTEA accredited Veterinary Technology program preparing to take the VTNE.
- Experienced Non-Certified Veterinary Technician who is pursing credentialing and registration.
Pay
- $20 – $25 commensurate with qualifications and experience
