The Office of Animal Resources (OAR) encourages applications for a Veterinary Technician I! This position supports research involving laboratory animals by providing routine and specialized care for a wide variety of species of small laboratory animals which are used by scientists for biomedical research and education. Duties include providing veterinary health care, monitoring animal health, and performing technical services in compliance with university and federal standards. This position reports to the Veterinary Care Professional, and all duties are supervised by the Veterinary Care Professional and the Attending Veterinarian.
