Event Details
Participants will learn ways in which veterinary nurses and technicians can serve as educators and coordinators of care in a practice environment that supports scientific integrative medicine. Treatment approaches discussed include medical acupuncture, botanical medicine, medical message, photomedicine (e.g., laser therapy), and integrative rehabilitation). Suggested educational prerequisites for each topic will be mentioned, as well.
