Introduction to Common Canine and Feline Cancers
This high-level overview will discuss the most diagnosed types of neoplasia in canine and feline populations. Signs and symptoms of several types of cancer, along with how to go about getting a diagnosis, will be discussed, as well as treatment options and prognoses. We will go over what cancer treatment looks like from a technician and client standpoint, and how to best support the client’s emotional needs while offering compassionate care for their pet.
