Inspire Animal Hospital is a privately owned, fast-paced, small animal hospital in Parker looking for fun people to join our team. Our emphasis is on creating a positive culture and bringing teammates on board that contribute to unsurpassed, compassionate care and respect for patients, clients and one another. We offer emergency services during normal business hours in addition to appointments, laparoscopic surgery, dentistry, ultrasonography, acupuncture, physical therapy, PRP, laser therapy and so much more. We are excited for our teammates to enjoy holidays off with family, and avoid burnout and compassion fatigue, while possessing a strong, reliable work ethic. We will also be adding a second location summer of 2023 in Highlands Ranch. Feel free to inquire about the new location as we are also interviewing for that location as well!
We are firm believers in rotating through departments to ensure something fun and different every day rather than the monotony of working in only one department that tends to lead to burnout. It also ensures teamwork and support, while utilizing all tech skills. We understand not everyone is experienced in all departments, and that is completely fine. Part of our culture is supporting one another and providing growth individually and as a team. We also can’t wait to learn from you!
We offer competitive benefits, including: health insurance, matching 401k, PTO, Vetgirl membership for CE, CVT certification dues paid, uniform allowance, free bloodwork, vaccines, and exams for employee pets, generous employee discounts, and more.
We know that a posting can never fully give a true feel for a job opportunity, and that’s why we strongly welcome people to apply just to get a feel for who we truly are. Experience is desired, and a graduate of an accredited technician school is a must. Non-graduates are welcome to apply for a Technician Assistant position. Apply and find out how a positive work environment with an emphasis on culture really does exist!
