Job Description

This is a skilled, specialist position. This position requires completion of an accredited veterinary technician program or a minimum of 5 yrs prior experience and has obtained WY licensure.

Supervise medical treatments, anesthesia monitoring, surgical preparation, and clinic cleaning. This team member will perform examinations, vaccinations, deworming, medical and behavior evaluation of animals entering the shelter. Work as a team member to help CAS pursue its mission, goals, and philosophy. This staff member will cross train with Customer Service and Animal Care within 6 months of hiring. This team member will be euthanasia certified within 6 months of hire.
