The science of poisons. This course covers several aspects of the basic understanding concerning the speciality of toxicology. We will learn how various agents can cause harm to animals, how to integrate new knowledge in our current roles in the veterinary field, and how best to prepare clients not only for exposures, but how to potentially prevent exposures as well.
