This course will delineate the differences between “training” and “behavior” work, clarifying when each is appropriate and the advantages of each. Learners will be able to…

• Clarify the difference between training and behavior when  working with dogs.
• Identify when a training approach may be called for and when a behavioral approach is more appropriate.
• Recognize what professional credentials are, which ones matter, and know how to find an appropriate professional for the case in front of them.
