Biography:
Michaela S. Witcher is excited to be back to teaching because she knows the value of well-trained veterinary technicians in the clinic setting. Michaela has been a Certified Veterinary Technician for over 20 years and has focused primarily on emergency medicine and veterinary technician education. She has worked for several of the larger emergency clinics around town and has been a Bel Rea instructor on and off throughout the years. Most recently, Michaela has returned from St. Kitts, where she worked at the Ross University Veterinary School of Medicine in the Anesthesia department and later as the lead veterinary technician in the university’s veterinary clinic. Michaela’s focus will be assisting with Preclinical and providing library services.
